Terms of Service.

LolyTales is operated by Red Web Studio, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@redwebstudio.com. These terms govern your use of LolyTales (the “Service”).

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. LolyTales is designed for parents and guardians to generate bedtime stories for their children — children do not create their own accounts or submit their own information. You are responsible for the information you enter about your child and for supervising their use of the stories you generate.

LolyTales offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a paid monthly subscription (currently $9.99/month). Your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund charges already made. We may change subscription pricing going forward, and will give you notice before any change affects your billing.

Printed keepsake books are a planned feature and not yet available for order. We’ll update these terms when that changes.

Please use LolyTales only for its intended purpose — generating bedtime stories for your own children or children in your care. Don’t use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or share your account with people outside your household.

Stories and audio are generated using AI. While we aim for gentle, age-appropriate content, AI-generated material can occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. We recommend previewing stories before sharing them with your child, and please let us know if something isn’t right so we can improve it.

Stories generated for your family are yours to use personally — please don’t redistribute or resell them commercially.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service, including excessive automated use. We’ll try to give you notice where reasonably possible.

LolyTales is provided “as is.” We work to keep the Service reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and for significant changes we’ll try to notify you directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
